YOGA TEACHERS!

I am happy to share my many years of experience of teaching yoga and to invite
newly qualified teachers to benefit from my knowledge.

As an experienced YOGA teacher, I have noticed many situations where I was surprised by the way certain asanas were presented and instructed. These moments have shown me that there is always room to improve and discover different perspectives.

An important aspect of my teaching is to not only teach the technique, but to do so in a way that inspires and motivates the students. I have learned that it is possible to teach a good technique in a fun and engaging way without losing sight of spirituality.

The Gambia offers a wonderful space for this exchange and my resort there is perfect for it. The atmosphere and environment create an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere that allows us to support and learn from each other. Let's embark on this journey together and benefit from each other as we share our passion for teaching.

Day trip or beach day (not included in the price)Accompanied by me with Gille Gille (public transportation) or with a driver, we visit fabric, spice and art markets. The towns of Banjul, Bakau, Brikama and Tanje.

There is always a beach day at our favorite beach bar for relaxation, delicious snacks and local fresh juices such as Baobab Juice or Oanjio Juice.
